History in Aizawl

Aizawl the capital of Mizoram state, a northeastern India is situated on a ridge at an elevation of about 2,950 ft (900 m). Though small, it has an interesting collection of historical relics, ancient costumes and traditional implements. Durtlang Hills These beautiful, craggy hills offer a good view of Aizawl. Saiha With its picturesque landscape and the Chhimtuipui river rich in fish, Saiha is a paradise for anglers 45 km from Saiha is the Lake Palak. ** Aizawl - Shopping** The main shopping centers in Aizawl is Bara Bazar. Here all kinds of wears from garments, cosmetics, shoes too vegetable, poultry are available. This is the main city shopping center.
