Day 02

Visit to the monuments of Delhi

The next morning in Delhi you can start your day by visiting some of the famous monuments. You can go to Raj Ghat the cremation place of Mahatma Gandhi, you can go to the Red fort, visit Jama Masjid, India Gate and Akshardham Temple. You must not miss the rickshaw ride in the streets of Chandini Chowk. Here you can shop as well as enjoy the delicacies of Delhi, this is located in Old Delhi and is exemplary in many ways. After spending the whole day fruitfully you can then have an overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 03

Drive from Delhi to Agra. Later visit to the monuments of Agra (231 kms)

Start your morning with breakfast and after that gear up to leave for Agra, the pride of India. This will be a road trip to Agra, a significant city since the Mughal rule in India. On reaching Agra you will be taken to iconic Taj Mahal, one of the wonders of the world. This monument made up of marble is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and attracts large numbers of tourists every year. You will be mesmerized with the beauty of this monument as it was built by Shah Jahan and is regarded as the symbol of love. From here you can go to the beautiful Agra fort and here you will get the chance to see the significant places of the palace i.e. the Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas. The later half of the day can be spent in the markets of Agra as the place is famous for handicrafts and marble works and make an overnight stay in Agra.

Day 04

Drive from Agra to Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur (244 kms)

On your fourth day you will be transferred from Agra to Jaipur rerouting Fatehpur Sikri. Here you can see the famous Buland Darwaza, which is a stupendous piece of architecture and is a well know UNESCO site. You can also go to Jama Masjid, Naubat Khana and house of Birbal. After the sightseeing in Fatehpur Sikri, you will be taken to Jaipur by road. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and is known for its royal grandeur. The city is home to the Royal family and has many captivating architectures like the Amer Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the city along with the shopping and food.

Day 05

Visit to the monuments of Jaipur

The next morning you can start your day with the breakfast and visit the Amer fort. This magnificent fort was constructed by Raja Man Singh and is known to have fascinating architecture. The palace is known to have many significant sections and is an epitome of royal grandeur. In Jaipur you can also visit the famous City Palace, the Museum, Jal Mahal or Water Palace and the Hawa Mahal.

Day 06

Drive from Jaipur to Bikaner. Later visit to the monuments of Bikaner (333 kms)

This morning, you will drive from Jaipur to Bikaner. After some rest time in the hotel you will be taken to the famous Junagadh Fort built by Raja Jai Singh. This is a magnificent and beautiful piece of architecture where you can see the perfect blend of different architectures. In Bikaner you can also visit the famous Has Mandir, this is an old temple dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi.

Day 07

Drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer (331 kms)

Almost a week after your tour you will now be taken to Jaisalmer another feather in Rajasthans hat. This colorful city is located in the Thar desert and is rich in cultural practices. Jaisalmer is also known as the Golden City of India as it has yellow sand and is popular for the camel safari. You will also be stunned to see the marvelous havelis and magnificent pieces of architectures in the city. Jaisalmer is known to have glorious heritage that never fails to attract the people. If you are too much tired of the city life and want to take some rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you can easily escape for a safari in the deserts of Jaisalmer. You can thus enjoy this place to the fullest and you can also go to the bazaars or simply camp in the desert. The transport within the city is at your disposal and you will make an overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 08

Visit to the monuments of Jaisalmer

Your next morning will be a fresh start and you can go around the city to visit the tourist attractions of Jaisalmer. Your sightseeing tour will start with the Sonar Quila, the fort that is made up of yellow sandstone and is a perfect blend of Indian architecture with military kind of architecture. You will also visit the Patwon ki Haveli, which is a unique piece of architecture. The afternoon will again be the leisure time for you so you can visit the different temples and the markets as per your convenience.

Day 09

Drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur. Visit to the monuments of Jodhpur (285 kms)

The next morning you will be taken to Jodhpur from Jaisalmer by road. Jodhpur is another interesting city of Rajasthan and is popularly known as Sun City or Blue City. The city has been of strategic importance earlier as it was on the route of Delhi to Gujarat due to which it has been the trading center of silk, opium and copper. The city is famous for its colorful festivals and fairs as the festivals like Nag Panchami, Gangaur Teej are celebrated with lots of enthusiasm. During the daytime you will be taken to the Meherangarh fort, which is known to be the longest fort in India. The other places that you will visit include the Jaswant Thada, an exemplary piece of architecture, the Umaid Public Gardens, Umaid Bhawan and Umaid Palace. The overnight stay will be in the hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 10

Drive from Jodhpur to Mount Abu (272 Kms)

The next morning you will be taken to Mount Abu, a hill station in Rajasthan, the city is known for its intrinsic beauty and has never failed to attract the tourists. It is also known as the oasis in the desert as it has lakes, rivers, forests and even waterfalls. Here you can visit different temples as the city is famous for its Dilwara Jain Temples. You can also enjoy the natural beauty of this place and the transport will be at your disposal. The overnight stay will be in the hotel in Mount Abu.

Day 11

Monuments of Mount Abu

Next morning you will be taken to the various monuments of the city, you can visit the Adhar Devi temple which is carved out of a single rock. Pay a visit to the Achalgarh fort, the Nakki Lake and the Dilwara Jain temples and other important temples. The night stay will be made in a hotel in Mount Abu.

Day 12

Drive from Mount Abu to Udaipur via Ranakpur (252 kms)

The next morning will again begin with a long drive to Udaipur, popularly known as the Venice of East or the City of Lakes. On your way to Udaipur you will be stopping at Ranakpur to see a beautiful Jain Temple, the Chamukha Temple. The temple is made up of marble and is dedicated to Adinath, the first Tirthankara. In Udaipur you can enjoy the sightseeing and explore some magnificent architectures and the overnight stay will be made in the city.

Day 13

Visit to the monuments of Udaipur

The next morning will begin with the city tour and you will first be taken to the City Palace situated on lake Pichola. You will next go to the Jagdish Temple, which is known for its unique architecture and was built by Maharana Jagat Singh. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is known to have Indo-Aryan style of architecture. You will also be taken for a drive near the Fatehsagar Lake. You will also be taken to Sahelion Ki Bari, the Queens resort, afternoon will be a leisure time and you can spend in the bazaars of Udaipur, overnight stay will be in the city.

Day 14

Fly from Udaipur to Delhi

On the last day of your 14 days Rajasthan tour you will be transferred to the Bikaner airport to take a flight for New Delhi. After landing in Delhi you can do some shopping and have some fun time in Delhi as the city is lively. There is no accommodation facility in Delhi as later you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight to your respective destination. Your adventure and fantasy tour to Rajasthan comes to an end here.
